"Bob Troutner responded within 5 minutes of my initial text in which I explained that my 17 year old well pump died. He was at my home 22 hours later to install a new down-hole pump in my 115 foot well and, at my request, also installed a new pressure tank, pressure switch, stainless steel fittings, check valve, cutoff ball valve and down-hole wiring. He did excellent work, answered all my questions and had the job completed in just over 3 hours. Professional and personable, I highly recommend him."
