"Let me start off by saying I normally don't write reviews, but I just felt like I had to this time. Bob is the best! Very professional, knowledgeable and honest. He came out on a Sunday to checkout my well problem. He tried to get me up and running then but couldn't because he didn't have the size pump I needed. He came back basically the next day to replace the pump but it turned out I didn't need a new pump just repair of some wires down in the well. Bob could have easily installed the new pump and charged for a big job, but he didn't. This guy has tremendous integrity, which is sometimes hard to find. I highly recommend Bob to anyone who needs plumbing or well service and I will call him back myself every time i do."

"If I could give Bob 25 stars I would. He fit me in after a full day of work because my pump wasn't working and I had no water. He came at 6:30 and worked 2 hours until he was satisfied everything was working correctly. Who does that anymore! He was efficient, knowledgeable, neat, explained everything to me as he worked, was quite reasonable, with an added plus of being a kind and understanding person.
Being an elderly, recently widowed female, he could have easily done a quick fix, told me some gobbley-de gook story about the problem and charged me double for coming after hours. But he did not. He took his time, and made sure every little detail of the project was working, unlike the person who installed a new pump in December!"
