"I met a couple of other companies to resolve the issue with my well water pressure before I met with Bob from Accurate Plumbing and Well Service. My experience with Accurate plumbing and Well Service exceeded all of my expectations. During my first phone call Bob identified the issue that proved to be correct when the job was being done. Bob was very responsive taking my calls and answering any initial questions. When we agreed to grant Bob the job Bob was prompt showing up for his appointment and took time to explain every step of the way as the work was performed in layman’s terms ifI asked for an explanation. Bob worked quickly but thoroughly. Upon completion of the job, Bob provided tips to extend the life of the repairs he performed. And last but not least Bob’s price was very reasonable comparing to other providers I met with and for the quality he provided. Definitely would recommend Bob!"

"Exceptional response, amazing follow through, considerate, flexible, and kind. Bob responded to my call on a Friday night, followed up on Saturday morning, listened carefully to my issue and helped me solve my well problems. Although he offered to respond immediately, he actually talked me through my repair and I avoided any repair fees. MOST important was not the savings or the completed repair. MOST important to me was that I found a person who genuinely cared. Once I replaced the minor part, with Bob's over the phone help, I was up and running again. I was happy, and he was happy to help. Without a doubt I would call him again and would recommend him to a friend. Bob, thank you for the help but more importantly, for your kindness and commitment. Best regards, Tom"

"My family was without water for days because my home warranty company left me high and dry, again. As a single woman with little knowledge of home repair, it has been challenging to find trustworthy service companies to properly diagnose and charge fairly for repairs._Accurate had excellent reviews, was local,and one of the few companies I could find that did plumbing AND wells, because I didn't know which I needed servicing. I called on a Friday morning and left a message and they responded within minutes. They gave me a same day appointment, arrived on time, took appropriate Covid safety precautions, diagnosed the problem, had all replacement parts on hand to fix the problem and restored our water in under an hour. The bill was way less than I expected. I never thought I would ever use the word "pleasure" when discussing well repair, but it was truly a pleasure to to deal with this company from beginning to end. I highly recommend them and would certainly call on them again."
