"Found water in our basement on a Saturday morning and made call after call to “emergency” plumbers who had no interest in helping us any time soon. We finally made the right phone call. Bob immediately started helping us over the phone to stop the flow of water and was on our doorstep in no time. He solved our problem without delay and at a very reasonable price. He knows his business and he cares about people. Bob was genuinely concerned that my autistic granddaughter was upset by the noise of the tools. Good man. Don’t hesitate to call him."

"Couldn’t have had a better experience. I texted Bob after hours when our well stopped working. He responded promptly and arrived in the afternoon the next day as promised. He had everything he needed on his truck and worked through downpours, thunder and lightening to get our water back on, leaving our home at 9:30 pm! After all that, he could have charged us any exorbitant rate but instead was extremely fair. So refreshing to have an “emergency” situation and find someone as trustworthy, diligent and courteous as Bob to get the job done."

"I made a service call appointment to see if an old well in my new house was viable. Bob came out and inspected the property. He determined that the public water, which was also available, would be a better fit for us. With that, he disconnected the old mechanical pump. I took out my checkbook to pay him and he would not accept any money! I was blown away! Such a nice guy and family run business, You should give him your business!!"

"Called at 915 PM on a Monday not expecting to hear anything back until the following day. Bob called back the same night within 10 mins and set us up for a service call for the next day. Not only was he courteous, but notified when he was enroute and got us back up and running as quick as possible. When it came time to pay the bill, I was surprised...not only with the reasonable pricing, but the thorough explanation of the services, parts needed and possible causes of failure. We would highly recommend Accurate Plumbing and Well to anyone in need of well service and repairs. Thank you Bob!"
