"Bob took care of my well issue. I had problems with a pump that would not shut down. Returned my message immediately and was out to look at the job the next day. He was extremely knowledgeable and told me everything I will ever need to know about my well. I went from knowing absolutely nothing about my well to knowing everything I will ever need to know. They converted my old well system with very little pressure to a new constant pressure system (definitely recommend ). If I have any issues in the future He will be the one I call. Fair pricing/professional/knowledgeable/clean. Couldn’t ask for more."

"You won't find a finer, down-to-earth gentleman than Bob. I've never dealt with anyone who can match his knowledge, and skillfulness -- including his customer service skills and attentiveness -- before, during, and after the fact of providing you his specialty service. For anyone running a business, time is money. Bob is super generous with his time and super reasonable with his pricing. And though I'm admittedly agnostic on well pumps, it seems obvious to me that BoB uses quality products to match his quality service. He's not trying to greedily gain profit by selling you some junk for a an egregiously high install/contract price. You'll find that Bob is an honest and fair broker. And just like his other satisfied commenting customers have noted, he picks up the phone and calls you back as soon as he can when you an issue. He's called me back on the same day and even for issues that are only indirectly related to his work ( installed well pump). It's clear to me that well-pump installationis hard work, and it requires a niche skill set. I had a hard time finding someone that would even take on the job for my new install. And the ones I found were looking for an exorbitant amount of money compared to Bob. I wish I found Bob first. He should absolutely be at the top of the Google search for our area. I cannot recommend Bob (and Accurate Plumbing and Well Service, LLC) enough. If you have a well pump that you are looking to replace and you are in Bob's service area, he's your guy. Thanks again, Bob! You provided the best business experience of my life. Bar none."

"I didn’t have a drop of water coming out of my faucet. I contacted Bob via Google search and reviews:also recommended. He answered right away, had me take pictures of the tank connections and had me do a couple things manually to ensure that the issue was something I could fix on my own to save money. You don’t find many people that take the time to help you, especially when they are not getting paid. I highly highly recommend. I’ve already expressed family and friends that this guy is the Man! I’ve posted his company as well on social media that’s how much I appreciate it."

"Called Bob on a Friday and he informed me he was heading on vacation but he told me of several things to check with my well pump. He also told me to call if i had any questions. When he returned home he showed up with his helper and they both got to it real quick. Checked everything and found the well pump had burned out. They replaced the pump, wiring, piping and had the job finished in no time. They explained what they were doing as they went along and when finished they cleaned up the area. Extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. I Highly recommend them and will definitely contact them with any future needs!"
